Au bout de 3 ou 4 min, le sucre va commencer \u00e0 fondre et va devenir liquide couleur ambre.<\/li>\n<li>Simultan\u00e9ment, versez la cr\u00e8me liquide dans une autre casserole et faites la chauffer sans la faire bouillir.<\/li>\n<li>Versez lentement la cr\u00e8me liquide chaude dans le caramel ambr\u00e9 form\u00e9 par le sucre en m\u00e9langeant \u00e9nergiquement pour l&rsquo;incorporer, cela bien progressivement.<\/li>\n<li>Si n\u00e9cessaire, laissez refroidir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous ne voyiez plus de bouillons, puis ajoutez le beurre sal\u00e9 et incorporez-le bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une cr\u00e8me de caramel homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 ce moment l\u00e0, votre caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 est pr\u00eat, mais il peut vous para\u00eetre trop liquide, si c&rsquo;est le cas, remettez la casserole sur feu doux tout en remuant bien, cela lui donnera une consistance plus \u00e9paisse, mais attention \u00e0 ne pas le br\u00fbler !<\/li>\n<li>Une fois la consistance souhait\u00e9e obtenue, versez le caramel dans un bocal en verre et placez-le au frais, et c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Quelques informations<\/h2>\n<p>Voici comment pr\u00e9parer un bon caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 simplement et rapidement, rien de compliqu\u00e9 ! Pour accompagner vos cr\u00eapes et tous vos desserts, c&rsquo;est une torture pour les gourmands !<\/p>\n<p>Pour la petite histoire, le terme \u00ab\u00a0caramel\u00a0\u00bb provient de l&rsquo;espagnol et du Portugais caramelo, qui provient du latin \u00ab\u00a0calamus\u00a0\u00bb qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0roseau\u00a0\u00bb, de la forme que prenait traditionnellement le caramel par le pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un des bonbons \u00e0 base de sucre les plus anciens recens\u00e9s, et la version caramel au beurre sal\u00e9 est, contrairement aux croyances populaires, la premi\u00e8re version de la confiserie, fabriqu\u00e9e en Bretagne d\u00e8s le 14e si\u00e8cle.
