Ajoutez le riz et faites-le frire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il devienne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez l&rsquo;eau et les gousses de cardamome dans la casserole. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis r\u00e9duisez le feu \u00e0 doux. Couvrez la casserole et laissez le riz cuire pendant environ 20 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit tendre.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez la casserole du feu et laissez le riz reposer pendant 5 minutes. Retirez les graines de cardamome et ajoutez du sel, au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Servez le riz \u00e0 la cardamome chaud et savourez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Quelques informations sur la recette<\/h2>\n<p>Le riz \u00e0 la cardamome est un plat d\u00e9licieux et polyvalent qui peut \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res.
