Nous y avons ajout\u00e9 des fruits secs et des \u00e9pices pour donner une touche d&rsquo;exotisme et d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9 \u00e0 cette recette classique, vous allez adorer !<\/p>\n<h2>Liste des ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200g de farine<\/li>\n<li>120g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/ileauxepices.com\/fruits-secs\/366-amandes.html\">amandes en poudre<\/a><\/li>\n<li>50 g de <a href=\"https:\/\/ileauxepices.com\/fruits-secs\/119-papaye-sechee.html\">papaye s\u00e9ch\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0ou de <a href=\"https:\/\/ileauxepices.com\/fruits-secs\/112-fraise-sechee.html\">fraises s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/ileauxepices.com\/epices\/49-reglisse.html\">r\u00e9glisse<\/a> en poudre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C (thermostat 5).<\/li>\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, le sucre, la levure chimique, l\u2019amande en poudre, la poudre de r\u00e9glisse et les morceaux de papaye s\u00e9ch\u00e9e. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un tout en m\u00e9langeant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance homog\u00e8ne. Pressez le citron vert et ajoutez son jus \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. Si la p\u00e2te est trop collante, ajoutez un peu de farine jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une texture mall\u00e9able.<\/li>\n<li>Divisez la p\u00e2te en trois parts \u00e9gales et fa\u00e7onnez-les en boules. Placez les boules de p\u00e2te sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et aplatissez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Enfournez pour environ 15 minutes. Les boules doivent \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez les boules du four et laissez-les refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li>Une fois refroidies, coupez les boules en tranches \u00e9paisses d&rsquo;environ 2 cm.
