D\u00e9coupez le poulet en morceaux.<\/li>\n<li>Versez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une cocotte et mettez le poulet \u00e0 cuire avec les oignons. Une fois qu&rsquo;ils commencent \u00e0 dorer, saupoudrez les \u00e9pices (curcuma, poivre, cannelle, cardamome), ajoutez l&rsquo;infusion d&rsquo;eau de rose safran\u00e9e pour le poulet et m\u00e9langez le tout.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez 40 cl d&rsquo;eau et laissez mijoter \u00e0 couvert \u00e0 feu . Amenez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, couvrez et laissez mijoter 1h \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la garniture<\/span> : Versez l&rsquo;huile dans une casserole puis mettez les pistaches et les amandes \u00e0 saisir \u00e0 feu vif, seulement quelques secondes. R\u00e9servez.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce aux berberis<\/span> : Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce dans la casserole que vous venez d&rsquo;utiliser, mettez sur feu doux et faites cuire environ 5 min tout en remuant.<\/p>\n<p>Servez le poulet avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/ileauxepices.com\/blog\/2026\/04\/13\/riz-persan-safran-cardamome-chelo\/wpid53951\/\">bon riz parfum\u00e9 au safran<\/a>, la sauce et la garniture, alors c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette de poulet \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9pine vinette est une recette traditionnelle d&rsquo;Iran. C&rsquo;est un plat aux saveurs chaudes, \u00e9pic\u00e9es mais subtiles, bref un vrai r\u00e9gal !
